Assumptions used in this calculation
  • Gross revenue = nightly price x 365 x occupancy x number of units. No operating costs, taxes or distribution commissions are deducted.
  • The conservative and favourable scenarios apply 75 % and 115 % of the occupancy rate you selected.
  • The occupancy suggested per location type is an indicative starting point, not a figure observed on a Hotel Inbox portfolio.
  • The default price is based on observed budget hotel rates (Ibis Budget, Première Classe, Kyriad Direct: €45 to €70 per night).
  • This estimate is neither a forecast nor a commitment from Hotel Inbox.

The system

One standard room, one repeatable system

Hotel Inbox designs a deliberately simple room: the essentials, done well, with nothing you pay for and never use. What scales is not just a unit, it is a technical standard, a guest experience and an operating system.

Standards

A single specification: dimensions, equipment, finishes, safety.

Local manufacturing

Units can be produced in each market, built to our standards.

Technologie

Booking, payment, access and monitoring run on the same core.

Exploitation

Identical procedures from site to site: cleaning, checks, maintenance.

Platform

Hotel Inbox Manager

Every box ships connected and configured. Synced bookings, code-based access, power and water monitoring: you operate from your phone, from the first night.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need planning permission to install a box?
It depends on your land, how long the unit stays and local planning rules. We confirm your site's feasibility before any commitment, as the first step of every project.
How much space do I need?
Around 40 m² per unit including the deck, with crane access on installation day.
Who handles cleaning?
A local contractor or your own site team. The box is built for a fast turnaround between stays.
Can a box be moved?
Yes. It can be lifted out and reinstalled elsewhere with no demolition, so you can follow the season or change location.
How many boxes can I install?
As many as your site allows. Above fifteen guests hosted at once, additional safety requirements apply: we flag them during the site study.
Does it work in winter?
Yes. Insulation and heating allow year-round operation.
