Legal basis: your consent, collected explicitly when the form is submitted. Waitlist registration uses double opt-in: it becomes active only after email confirmation.

Retention: three years from the last contact. You may request access, correction, portability or erasure of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to contact@hotel-inbox.com.

Cookies: the site sets no advertising tracking cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Only a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics measurement may be enabled.
