- Purchase, long-term rental and seasonal rental are all possible. We supply the technical material and the quote your procedure requires; the contract form remains yours to decide.
- Is planning permission required?
- It depends on the land, how long the unit stays and how mobile it is. We never promise there is no formality: the point is settled with your departments at the start.
- Who operates the accommodation?
- Your own team, a concession holder or a local operator. Booking, payment and access are digital; only cleaning between stays needs someone on site.
