Reserve your territory: a whole country, a state or a region
Hotel Inbox is allocating its first territories as master franchises. Each territory has a single master: the first approved applicant to reserve it builds the network in that area, with the brand, the local manufacturing standard and Hotel Inbox Manager.

Whole country
National master franchise: you build the network across the whole country, directly or through sub-franchisees.
State or region
Regional master: exclusivity covers a state, province or region, suited to large countries.
Local area
Operating franchise: you install and operate units within a defined area.
First come, first served: once a territory is reserved, it is no longer offered to other applicants. The reservation is confirmed after review of your application and agreement on a rollout plan, starting with a pilot site.

Who we're looking for
A locally rooted entrepreneur, comfortable on the ground, able to negotiate with site owners and organise an operation. Hospitality experience is not required.
The network
You are not reselling modules: you are building a hotel network
Hotel Inbox defines the room, the guest experience, the technology and the procedures. The franchise partner develops locations, installs units, operates the sites and grows the territory. Units can be manufactured locally, to the Hotel Inbox standard.
Hotel Inbox Brand
The brand, the promise and the guest experience, identical from one site to the next.
Hotel Inbox Standard
The specification that lets the room be reproduced locally: layout, equipment, finishes, safety.
Hotel Inbox Manager
The technology that runs the units and the sites: bookings, access, unit status.
Local production
Produce in your market to the standard: less transport, controlled costs, local regulations respected.
Operations
Cleaning, inspection, maintenance and incident handling, documented and verifiable.
Distribution
Room booking and distribution, on the same core across the network.
Territory development
Identify locations, negotiate with site owners, densify your area.

This progression is a development framework, not a promise of results. The pace depends on your territory and on the locations you secure.
A mixed fleet
Your network combines off-grid units, on locations with no services and for short stays of two nights maximum, and connected units, with no autonomy constraint, where longer stays are possible. The mix depends on the sites you secure.
International ambition
Hotel Inbox considers projects worldwide, with local manufacturing and territory-by-territory development. No territory is announced as open until it actually is.
The network is built territory by territory. We put forward no profitability figures: each area is assessed with you, from your own costs and your own market.
