What it changes on a campsite
- The pitch shifts from renting ground to renting an equipped room: double bed, private shower room, kitchenette, heating and cooling.
- The unit rents in the shoulder seasons, when bare pitches no longer find takers.
- No extra reception staff: booking, payment and access codes are handled online. Only cleaning between stays needs someone on site.
- It sits on four adjustable pads, without foundations, and stays movable if you reorganise the site.

Common questions
- Is planning permission required?
- It depends on the land, how long the unit stays and how mobile it is. Rules vary between municipalities and we never promise there is no formality: we review your situation at the start of the project.
- How much space does a unit need?
- Around 40 m² including the deck, plus crane access on installation day.
- Can we test before investing?
- Yes. Seasonal rental places a unit for one season and takes it away afterwards, logistics included.
