Frequently asked questions

Do I need planning permission to install a box?
It depends on your land, how long the unit stays and local planning rules. We confirm your site's feasibility before any commitment, as the first step of every project.
How much space do I need?
Around 40 m² per unit including the deck, with crane access on installation day.
Who handles cleaning?
A local contractor or your own site team. The box is built for a fast turnaround between stays.
Can a box be moved?
Yes. It can be lifted out and reinstalled elsewhere with no demolition, so you can follow the season or change location.
How many boxes can I install?
As many as your site allows. Above fifteen guests hosted at once, additional safety requirements apply: we flag them during the site study.
Does it work in winter?
Yes. Insulation and heating allow year-round operation.
