A traditional hotel includes spaces and tasks that guests do not always use: reception, corridors and shared areas. Hotel Inbox focuses the product on the essentials: a comfortable, standardised room that can be managed remotely.

Booking, payment and access codes form a digital guest journey. Guests book, enter and leave without a front desk or reception staff on site. Cleaning and maintenance must be arranged with a local team or service provider.

Two formats, one standard

Hotel Inbox Off-Grid provides 13 m², a double bed and a private shower room, with 48 hours of autonomy for two adults. Stays are limited to two nights between service visits. Hotel Inbox Connected uses the site's water, power and drainage: it has no autonomy limit and allows longer stays.

Units are installed in half a day on four support blocks. Local manufacturing follows Hotel Inbox standards; the brand, Hotel Inbox Manager and operating procedures form the foundation of the network.

Who can develop this activity?

A campsite adding rooms. A fuel station on a busy route. An estate or farm with a suitable location. An investor or franchise partner looking to develop multiple sites.
